Delayed Delivery Penalty:

If an editor fails to deliver the completed video within the agreed-upon timeframe, a penalty will be applied. For every 24-hour period past the deadline, 15% of the agreed-upon price will be deducted from the final payment.

Project Acceptance and Revision Timeline:

a. Editors must accept projects only if they are confident they can complete them within the specified timeframe and can accommodate revisions within 1-2 days.

b. Failure to adhere to the revision timeline will result in a penalty. Specifically, a 30% deduction from the next project's payment will be enforced, and the current project may be terminated

Revision Payment Policy:

a. If the video is created according to the provided project description, additional revisions beyond the initial agreed-upon number will be compensated accordingly.

b. However, if the video does not meet the provided description, the editor will not receive payment for subsequent revisions.

Communication and Transparency:

a. Editors must maintain open communication with the agency throughout the project duration.

b. Any issues or delays must be promptly communicated to avoid penalties and ensure client satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:

a.Editors are expected to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds the client's expectations.

b. Exceptional performance and consistently high-quality work may be recognized by the agency, potentially leading to opportunities for increased compensation or future project assignments.

c. Substandard work may result in termination of the contract and forfeiture of payment.

Confidentiality:

Editors must maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information and refrain from disclosing any sensitive details to third parties.

Payment and Invoicing:

Payment will be processed upon successful completion and approval of the project.

By accepting a project, the editor agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
